The City of Goldsboro’s Customer Web Access (CWA) allows customers to view and
pay their utility bills online.
When you register the first time, you will need either the last 4 digits of your
social security number or driver license number.
The amount displayed is your current utility balance; you may change this
payment amount to a value you would like to pay. Click on the submit button to
make this payment by credit card and you will be redirected to a payment site to
complete the payment transaction.
If you are experiencing difficulties with this website, please contact the City
of Goldsboro's Customer Service Division at 919-580-4340. Customer Service
Representatives will be available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If your service has been disconnected or is scheduled to be
disconnected, please contact customer services once payment is made. There is no
convenience fee associated with your payment transaction.
NOTE: Transactions are applied to accounts each day when paid by 10 p.m. City of
Goldsboro's website will be unavailable each day from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for
maintenance.
