A part of Development Services, the Code Enforcement Department administers regulations as they pertain to nuisances, junked vehicles, unsightly lots, overgrown grass and weeds, sign violations and general yard waste.  During seasons of drought, this department is charged with insuring that water is not misused and places signs in yards that are served by private wells.  Any complaints in this regard may be submitted anonymously.
