If you answered "YES" to all of the questions, please fill out your form and mail
it back ASAP. If you never received one, lost it, spilled coffee on it or
the dog ate it, please come to the Community Affairs Department in the Historic
City Hall to pick up another one.
An accurate count will help planners determine where to locate
- schools
- daycare centers
- roads and public transportation
- hospitals and other facilities.
The data also helps determine how many seats each state will have in the US House
of Representatives. It is also often used for the redistricting of
- state legislatures
- county and city councils
- voting districts.
The Community Affairs Department will have someone on site to help Monday - Friday
from 2 - 5pm, however, applications are given out all day.
